A new University of Kentucky study funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) seeks to make mathematics more relatable to all students by focusing on how teachers respond to children’s experiences, knowledge and mathematical reasoning.
The University of Kentucky College of Education is celebrating 100 years in its history as a college and the Department of STEM Education is marking the occasion by offering a free screening of the film “Gravity,” (PG-13) at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12 at the Lyric Theater.
The University of Kentucky College of Education is accepting nominations for the 2024 Teachers Who Made a Difference Program.
