STEM, early childhood programs expand with new route to teacher certification

LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 30, 2023) — Beginning this summer, the University of Kentucky College of Education is expanding options for those who want to change careers to teach in the fields of science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) and early childhood.

22 College of Education student-athletes on 2023 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll

Nearly one-quarter of the 106 University of Kentucky student-athletes named to the 2023 Spring Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll are College of Education students. The 2023 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll includes the sports of baseball, softball, golf, tennis and track & field. It is based on grades from the 2022 Summer, 2022 Fall, and 2023 Spring terms.
