Teachers Who Make a Difference

The University of Kentucky College of Education hosts the annual Teachers Who Made a Difference program to provide a platform to thank teachers for encouraging and challenging us, supporting us, and inspiring us to become who we want to be.

Follow the college's social media for notifications about when you can nominate a teacher for the next program.

The UK College of Education’s Teachers Who Made a Difference program began more than two decades ago and has recognized hundreds of teachers. Sponsored by private donations, the event was founded by Mary Ann Vimont , associate professor and director of alumni for the college.
