Guidelines for Guests During Meetings: To keep the meeting moving as quickly and efficiently as possible, the committee asks that guests please:
- notify the committee chair 5 working days in advance of the day of the meeting if the matters they wish to present to the committee could possibly require additions or alteration to the agenda, or if there is a request to change the order of items to be reviewed;
- guests can attend the entire meeting or only the part that pertains to the proposal(s) of their interest. If seating is limited or if guests prefer to attend only the discussion of their proposal of interest, the committee asks that they be available outside the meeting room so they can be called in quickly when their proposal is considered.
The published agenda should not be altered during the meeting.
