Carolyn Oldham
Associate Director and Assistant Professor
Carolyn Oldham, Ph.D is the Evaluation Center’s Associate Director and an Assistant Professor of Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation. In this role, Dr. Oldham leads both independent and team-supported evaluation projects, develops grants and other funding proposals with stakeholders, and provides consultations and support to strategic initiatives. She also serves as an affiliate to the Kentucky Center for Statistics while mentoring Evaluation Center staff and research assistants. She has served as an educator at all levels from elementary school to higher education and across a diversity of learning populations. Her work in administrative roles has included accreditation, quality improvement, evaluation, cultural responsiveness, student affairs, occupational safety and health, and continuing education. Dr. Oldham is a graduate of Knox College (B.A.), Northwestern University (M.S.Ed) and University of Kentucky (Ph.D.).
