Carolyn Oldham

Senior Evaluation Specialist

Carolyn Oldham, Ph.D is the Center’s Senior Evaluation Specialist. In this role, Dr. Oldham works closely with KY Center for Statistics, leading both independent and team-supported evaluation projects, developing grants and other funding proposals with stakeholders, and providing consultations and support to strategic initiatives. She has served as an educator at all levels from elementary school to higher education and across a diversity of learning populations.  Her work in administrative roles has included accreditation, quality improvement, evaluation, cultural responsiveness, student affairs, occupational safety and health, and continuing education. Dr. Oldham is a graduate of Knox College (B.A.), Northwestern University (M.S.Ed) and University of Kentucky (Ph.D.).
