Laboratories, Centers, and Fieldwork
Faculty and students have access to state-of-the-art equipment, with laboratories and centers in the Seaton Building and across campus. Research also takes place in the field through our connections in the region. The University of Kentucky is one of the few universities in the nation with a land-grant mission, a medical center, and academic units all on a single, contiguous campus. This unique setup provides opportunities to collaborate across specialty areas.
Our department is home to the Future of Sport Institute, where we drive the conversation on what leadership looks like amid changes impacting the sports industry.
