About Us
Welcome from the Associate Dean of Research
Welcome to the University of Kentucky College of Education, where innovation, impact, and collaboration drive our research mission. As Associate Dean of Research, I am proud to support a community of scholars whose work transforms lives, strengthens communities, and shapes the future of Kentucky and beyond.
Our faculty lead groundbreaking research spanning early childhood to adult education, mental and physical health, STEM education, sport leadership, and educational policy. With projects rooted in all 120 Kentucky counties—and expanding nationally and internationally—our college is at the forefront of addressing real-world challenges through interdisciplinary research and authentic partnerships. Our faculty and student researchers are deeply engaged in producing high-impact scholarship that matters.
We are committed to supporting every stage of the research journey, offering resources and infrastructure that help scholars secure funding, foster community-engaged research, and disseminate findings that move the field forward. I invite you to explore the breadth of our research and connect with the outstanding individuals who are making a difference through their work. Whether you are a prospective student, faculty collaborator, or community partner, there is a place for you in our vibrant research community.
