If you are interested in implementing education programs outside the traditional school/classroom structure, this major is for you! In Leadership for Community Education and Human Learning (LCE) you will be prepared to facilitate educational programming for learners within communities and organizations, and to serve as an effective leader, creating connections between community members and leaders/decision-makers.
*This major does not lead to teacher certification.

Completer Option: The target audience includes undergraduate Education majors that have completed general education requirements but do not wish to complete the Teacher Education Preparation (TEP) Programs, as well as non-traditional students that desire a 2-year completer degree to support matriculation from KCTCS programs.
