Olukemi Kolawole, PhD, is a Program Coordinator at the University of Kentucky Evaluation Center, where she brings over six years of experience in program evaluation, data analysis, and performance measurement across education, public health, and nonprofit sectors. She earned her PhD in Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation from the University of Kentucky in 2025. She is analytical and detail-oriented, specializing in the use of quantitative methods to assess program outcomes and translate complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and enhance program effectiveness. Dr. Kolawole contributes to several key initiatives, including the evaluation of the Preschool Development Grant (PDG) from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood (GOEC) and the Expertise for Classroom Equity through Literacy (ExCEL) project, which provides professional development for in-service teachers to support learning outcomes of English Learners. She also supports the evaluation of a statewide anti-tobacco and e-cigarette prevention program that provides prevention services to youth, families, and community members. Her work demonstrates a strong commitment to utilizing data to drive continuous improvement, enhance organizational learning, and support the strategic growth of programs and systems.
