Live Like a Champion is an evidence-informed youth mental health promotion and substance use prevention curriculum from #IChampionHealth. Designed for grades 4-8, this four-lesson series helps students build practical skills for healthy decision-making, coping, help-seeking, positive relationships, navigating influences, and goal-setting.

Lessons use real-world scenarios, relevant examples, creative expression, and personalized tools to help students connect these skills to their own lives. The curriculum is aligned with national and Kentucky health education standards.

Use these materials for delivery in urban, suburban, and Bluegrass-region communities. These lessons include examples and scenarios that reflect school and community experiences common across Central Kentucky and other urban and suburban settings.
