Students are permitted a maximum of two practicum sites per semester of practicum. Students must be enrolled in KHP577 for hours to count toward practicum requirements. This is NOT an all-encompassing list, but represents appropriate sites that have recently hosted students for practicum experiences. All sites on this list are in the Lexington, KY and surrounding area. This list is categorized by type of organization and organized in alphabetical order.

Practicum Hours Requirements per semester: 3 credit option: 150 hours, 6 credit option: 300 hours. Practicum students must take 300 hours to fulfill the requirement, but it is up to their discretion if they would like to complete this work over a semester or two semester period.
If there is a site you are interested in which is not on the list of approved sites you must contact Dr. Anderson via email with:
- Practicum site
- Site supervisor's name, title and degree(s)
- Email and phone number of site/site supervisor a brief explanation of what duties will be carried out at the site and how this will relate to a KHP degree
