Students admitted to the UK College of Education Teacher Education Program this academic year -- and their guests -- are invited to a special convocation and pinning ceremony to recognize this important milestone.
Students eligible to participate have received an email with a request to RSVP and there is space on the RSVP form to include anticipated guests.

Parking
Convocation guests may park in the Hilltop Ave Parking Garage after 3 p.m. Friday, April 17.
Please note: Signage indicates the Hilltop Ave. Parking Garage is controlled for parking permits until 5 p.m. on Fridays. However, UK Transportation is taking the garage off control at 3 p.m. for this event (no permit required).
Additionally, several parking areas near the Lewis Honors College allow guests to park for free after designated times on Fridays. Please check signage at each lot for confirmation. These include:
- Woodland Ave. Lot (after 3:30 p.m. Friday)
- Columbia Ave. East and West Lots (after 3:30 p.m. Friday)
- Boone Center Lot (after 3:30 p.m. Friday)
- Parallel parking spots along University Dr. (after 3:30 p.m. Friday)
Please note: The William T. Young library lot nearest the Lewis Honors College offers visitor pay parking (marked with a red "P" on the map). It is controlled 24 hours a day. Guests wishing to use this lot should pre-pay at the machine.
