Adam Elias serves as Assistant Provost for Online and Innovative Learning at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, where he has spent the past decade leading initiatives at the intersection of academic innovation, transformation, and technology. His dissertation research centers on how faculty perceive that AI may be reshaping their institutional roles within a liberal arts context. His research interests and professional goals include advancing human-centered digital transformation that strengthens institutions, empowers educators, and elevates the value of higher education.
