Two EPE Faculty Members Named "Great Teachers"

Congratulations to Eric Thomas Weber, Ph.D., and Kayla Johnson, Ph.D., faculty members in the UK College of Education Department of Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation. They are among six UK faculty members receiving a 2024 Great Teacher Award. The UK Alumni Association surprised them during a college meeting in December. The Great Teacher Award is the oldest continuously presented award to recognize teachers at UK. Now in its 63rd year, the award is based on nominations by current students and honors teachers based on outstanding teaching, concern for students inside and outside of the classroom, as well as involvement in the academic community.
