Interested in a job-embedded pathway to educator rank change in Kentucky? In just one year, you can advance your rank with a personalized support system designed to fit your professional goals.

The ChangeMakers continuing education option is now enrolling cohort six. This program enables a Rank III teacher to obtain Rank II or a Rank II teacher to obtain Rank I.

Developed by the University of Kentucky College of Education’s Center for Next Generation Leadership, Changemakers has helped nearly 200 educators achieve rank change since 2021.
