Hannah Keene, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Hannah Keene is a doctoral student in the Department of Early Childhood, Special Education, and Rehabilitation Counseling. Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Morehead State University. Hannah received her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis degree from the University of Kentucky.
Hannah began working in the field of behavior analysis in 2017 providing home-based services in Eastern Kentucky through the Kentucky waiver. During her graduate studies, Hannah gained experiences in school-based settings and provided consultation services to families and individuals with disabilities. Most recently, Hannah worked as a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in clinic and home settings which primarily served autistic individuals and their families.
Hannah’s research interests are applied behavior analysis, challenging behavior, and skill-based instruction.
Kat Lynch, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Kat is the Clinical Director of CABS and a doctoral student in the department of Early Childhood, Special Education, and Counselor Education. Kat earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from George Mason University and went on to earn her Master of Education in Early Childhood Special Education at Vanderbilt University.
Kat started in the field as an assistant teacher in an early childhood classroom for children with autism spectrum disorders in 2005. Prior to coming to UK, Kat worked as a preschool special education teacher in public and private school settings and in a supervisory capacity in home-based ABA. In 2015, Kat opened an ABA agency in Fredericksburg, Virginia which continues to treat clients with ASD in home-, clinic-, and school-based settings.
Kat’s research interests include derived stimulus relations and application of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles to increase procedural fidelity of implementers of behavioral interventions.
