College of Education students with research in the proposal, in-progress, or completed stages are invited to present at the annual Spring Research Conference. This event provides students an opportunity to receive constructive feedback on their work, as well as their presentation skills. It is open to both undergraduate and graduate students.
The 2022 conference takes place Saturday, April 2 at the University of Kentucky Gatton Student Center. Register to present by Tuesday, March 1.
The day will include presentations by students from the UK College of Education, University of Louisville College of Education and Human Development, and University of Cincinnati College of Education, Criminal Justice, Human Services, and Information Technology. The three universities co-sponsor the event and rotate as hosts annually.
Conference registration is free for students from the three host colleges and breakfast and lunch will be provided. Those outside of the host colleges who wish to attend should contact the spring research conference committee via the Support Request Form for information about cost.
“This year’s theme is ‘Looking Back Moving Forward: Adapting Research to Changing Conditions in Environments.’ This is something our students have creatively and successfully done during the pandemic, and we look forward to showcasing their work and providing learning experiences,” said UK College of Education Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Student Success Dr. Margaret Bausch.
