Marilyn Campbell received her Ph.D. in Exercise Science and her M.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Kentucky. Her research interests include human nutrition, sports nutrition, cardiovascular health, obesity, and exercise. Dr. Campbell teaches undergraduate courses in exercise physiology, including Nutrition and Physical Fitness (KHP 240), Introduction to Exercise Testing and Prescription Prescription (KHP 450), and Introduction to Kinesiology and Health Promotion (KHP 151). She leads study abroad courses for Nutrition and Physical Fitness (KHP 240) with a focus on the Mediterranean Diet to locations such as Italy and Greece. Dr. Campbell is the Faculty Director for the KHP & Wellness Living Learning Program.
