Della Moseley, a counseling psychology doctoral student, is on the cover of a recent issue of GradPsych Magazine. Her work for racial justice is highlighted, as is the website she created as a supplement for the workshop, “Student Led Activism: Mobilizing for Justice Post-Ferguson.” Along with counseling psychology faculty members Dr. Candice Crowell and Dr. Danelle Stevens-Watkins, Moseley led the workshop at the American Psychological Association meeting. This workshop also received the 2015 Stuart C. Tentoni Outstanding Professional Development Program Award. Stevens-Watkins’ advocacy and mentoring of students on social justice was also highlighted, as was Crowell’s cofounding of Graduate Students Talk, an organization designed to facilitate discussions for recent social justice events.
