Step 3: Submit Teacher Education Program Portfolio(s)
If you select Plan 1, a physical education AND health education portfolio must be submitted electronically via email to the Program Chair (Dr. Heather Erwin, Physical Education, and Dr. Melody Noland, Health Education) by the interview date. If you select Plan 2, the physical education OR health education portfolio must also be submitted electronically via email to the Program Chair (Dr. Heather Erwin, Physical Education, and Dr. Melody Noland, Health Education) by the interview date.
General Portfolio Information:
Compile all portfolio requirements (see below) into one PDF or Word document. Email them to the Program Chair of the appropriate program.
