Mindful Monday A Success!

Mindful Monday took place December 4th from 6-8 p.m. at the William T. Young Library Starbucks. To help alleviate stress during dead week and promote awareness, individuals were exposed to self-care techniques, breathing exercises, biofeedback games, essential oils, and took part in a visualization exercise. The thirty attendees left with a goodie bag that included affirmation cards, self-care tips, a book mark, and candy.

Health promotion graduate students, Vilma Bursac and Meghan Berger, planned and put it on as part of their class project for KHP 609: College Health Promotion.
