Mindful Monday took place December 4th from 6-8 p.m. at the William T. Young Library Starbucks. To help alleviate stress during dead week and promote awareness, individuals were exposed to self-care techniques, breathing exercises, biofeedback games, essential oils, and took part in a visualization exercise.
