Come to Starbucks Willy T on December 4, 2017, from 6-8PM for Mindful Monday. The event will teach you self-care, mindfulness, and de-stressing techniques to utilize while you prep for finals. Learn about essential oils to calm or invigorate you, mindful breathing techniques to help you focus, images to de-stress you, and biofeedback games to help you learn how calm feels. We know you are busy so stop by our tables for some goodies while you wait for your coffee to be ready!
