Graduate Student Wins National Thesis Award

Rena Goodwin, a University of Kentucky College of Education graduate student, won the 2018 Thesis Award from the American Psychological Association’s Society for Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology.

Goodwin holds a master’s degree from the UK College of Education Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion.

Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in counseling psychology in the UK College of Education Department of Educational, School, and Counseling Psychology. She works full-time as an assistant coach with UK Rifle.
