Dr. Caitlin Allen received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology in 2003 from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego with a focus on children and families. She has a broad background in private practice and has worked extensively with individuals of all ages on the autism spectrum and their families. New to the UK faculty for 2016, Dr. Allen has been charged with developing a training clinic to serve both school and counseling psychology programs. In addition, she will provide clinical supervision and collaborate with program faculty to develop evidenced-based training models to help our students become outstanding clinician-researchers. She will also provide direct clinical services.
