How do we know what students know? What are we measuring, and why? Where do we go from here? Those are the kinds of questions that Dr. Kelly Bradley, Chair of the Department of Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation at the University of Kentucky College of Education, thinks about. But before she was focused on those numbers, Bradley was keeping score on the basketball court.
