Mr. McDaniels’ entry was an analysis of job placement and earnings data among individuals with intellectual disabilities in Kentucky.

His work identified that employment placements occurred within a very narrow and limited vocational range, and pointed out the barriers that this creates to career development and quality of life.

As the winner of the ExploreVR Open Data Competition, McDaniels will be recognized as the ExploreVR featured user and information about his work will be featured on the ExploreVR website.
