The Educational Leadership Studies Department in the University of Kentucky College of Education is broadening the reach of the School Technology Leadership graduate certificate program through an agreement with Eduro Learning’s Certificate of Educational Technology and Information Literacy (COETAIL) program.
For more information on the partnership please visit the COETAIL program page for students interested in this partnership.
Eduro offers educator professional development, especially to international schools. Students in the COETAIL program will be able to take UK’s School Technology Leadership courses that correspond to the COETAIL requirements, earning both the COETAIL microcredential and a School Technology Leadership graduate certificate from UK.
The graduate certificate is one of three offered in the Educational Leadership Studies Department as part of the Master in Education in Teacher Leadership program. If they choose to enroll in the master’s degree program, COETAIL students can apply the School Technology Leadership certificate toward the requirements for the degree.
We’re pleased to partner with Eduro Learning to offer flexible and practical online graduate education to educators worldwide. The partnership leverages our faculty’s depth in educational technology, educational leadership, and international schooling. We see this program as a natural choice for international educators looking to enhance their capacity to create positive change in schools. -John Nash, Educational Leadership Studies Department Chair
The first collaborative cohort is expected in the spring of 2019.
