This course explores the influence of self-concepts and past experiences on current attitudes, perceptions and behaviors; investigates the effects of cultural traditions, political mandates, educational trends and school curriculums on student achievement; and develops strategies to create equitable teaching/learning environments in secondary education that validate, stimulate, and nurture all students. |
