From research to clinical practice, the University of Kentucky College of Education is shaping education not only in college classrooms, but in schools and beyond – in homes, in the workplace, in health care, and more. Through the research efforts of faculty, the college engages in the critical questions of our day.
During the 2017-18 academic year, faculty and staff worked with the college’s nearly 3,000 enrolled students in more than 70 programs of study. They were also deeply engaged in service and research. Over the past several years, primary and collaborative sponsored research at the college has increased dramatically, from $8,440,036 in 2009 to more than $30 million in 2018.
