Several alumni and a current student in the UK College of Education’s Department of Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation have recently announced major job changes and promotions.

  • Ph.D. Alum Eric Moyen has been named Chair and Associate Professor, Higher Education Department, Mississippi State University
  • Ph.D. Alum Mitzi Lowe has been named Interim Associate Vice President for Academic Advising at California State University, Fresno, on re-assignment from her position as Associate Dean, College of Health and Human Services
  • Ed.D. Alum Robert Boone was appointed President/CEO of the South Central Kentucky Workforce Development Board
  • Ed.D. Alum David Heflin was named Vice President for Academic Affairs at Western Kentucky Community and Technical College
  • Ed.D. Alum Reneau Waggoner was appointed Chief Academic Officer of Henderson Community and Technical College
  • Ed.D. Alum Andrea Borregard was promoted to Director of Financial Affairs at Owensboro Community College
  • Doctoral student Carissa Schutzman has been appointed Associate Vice President of Adult and Graduate Education at Thomas More College
