Educational Leadership Faculty Position: Rank openThe Department of Educational Leadership Studies is building a professional community dedicated to collegial program redesign, development, and delivery. We seek candidates dedicated to the promotion of research and scholarly activity that supports the preparation and development of P-20 educational leaders. Responsibilities: Contribute to redesign of graduate programs (M.Ed., Ed.S., Ed.D., Ph.D.) in educational leadership, teach courses both on campus and in hybrid formats supported by distance learning technology, advise students and serve on their committees, serve on college and university committees, and participate in state initiatives and national and international research associations and networks. Candidates should be able to work in a collaborative environment, co-teach with peers and practitioners in innovative program redesign initiatives currently under development, and build school-university-community partnerships locally, regionally, and internationally. Qualifications: Earned doctorate (Ed.D., Ph.D.) in educational leadership and administration, demonstrated record of research and scholarship, service to the field, and proven ability or willingness to secure extramural funding to support the mission of the College. Expertise required in two or more of the following areas: leadership in educational technology, teacher leadership, engagement with diverse communities, instructional leadership, professional learning communities, economics of education, or quantitative research methods.
