COE Faculty Work With Vision, Hearing Impaired Student

The Herald-Leader and WTVQ Channel 36 recently featured the work of UK College of Education faculty members Gerald Abner and Donna Brostek-Lee, as well as Diane Haynes, an adjunct faculty member and state-coordinator of the Kentucky Deaf-Blind Project (a federally-funded program based at the college and overseen by the Kentucky Department of Education). They have teamed to assist a Bryan Station Middle School student who is both vision and hearing-impaired.
