The 2009-2010 KTIP-TPA training schedule is provided for teachers, principals, and teacher educators to meet the requirements for certification as a KTIP-TPA committee member. Training sessions are scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. and end by 5:00 p.m. Important Note: The on-line homework assignment must be completed prior to attending any face-to-face training workshop. After registering: You will be sent confirmation of your registration via email, along with the Teacher Performance Assessment Workbook, a copy of 16 KAR 7:010 (the administrative regulation for the Kentucky Teacher Internship Program), and instruction on how to access the on-line KTIP Face-to-Face Training Homework. Anticipated completion of this assignment is four hours. Once you have successfully completed the on-line KTIP Face-to-Face Training Homework, you will receive personalized notification by email. You must bring the email along with your Teacher Performance Assessment Workbook to the workshop. Your completed homework and KTIP-TPA manual will be your entrance "ticket" to the training session. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify the University of Kentucky KTIP office at (859) 257-1857 at least three days before the session.
