CIRCULATION POLICY

The Instructional Technology Center's Circulation Policy applies to any item, equipment, or other technology tracked by the circulation system. College of Education faculty, instructors and staff may borrow equipment for college courses, college related functions or projects.

  • Patrons must provide an e-mail address, an office or street address, phone number
  • Patrons must agree to be responsible for any damages
  • Patrons may check out a maximum of three items at one time.
  • Items are due back in the Instructional Technology Center by closing time on the following business day.

All exceptions to the policy must be authorized by the Director.

Overdue Items

  • Overdue fines accumulate at the rate of $2.00 per item per day.
  • Patrons will be notified when items become overdue.
  • Patrons will also be held responsible for repair or replacement costs when borrowed items are damaged.
  • ITC checkout privileges will be suspended until all overdue materials have been returned and the accompanying fees have been paid.

    NOTE: If students do not return items and do not respond to overdue notification, the Registrar's office will be notified which may result in the withholding of grades and transcripts.
