Jaime Guerrero, Research Assistant, is a fourth year Ph.D. student in the College of Education's Counseling Psychology Program at the University of Kentucky. He received his Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Denver in 1999 and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University in 1997. He presently is working on the Differentiated Compensation Program Evaluation Project and with Dr. Eric Anderman, Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies.
