EPE 628   ETHICS AND EDUCATIONAL DECISION MAKING   (3 hours)
 
Examination of ethical theories upon which educational evaluations are based and upon which they become the basis for educational policies. Theories considered include classical and rule utilitarianism, Rawlsian social justice, behavioristic, critical, and hermeneutic theories of value.
