Marion brings to the department a diverse background of experience which includes supervision of employees for 17 years at the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Boston University School of Theology with five years experience in financial aid, registration, and admissions. Her other experience includes budget management at both the Educational Talent Search program and financial aid office at Bluegrass Community and Technical College (LCC). Marion has been on the EDP staff  working as the Business Manager/Payroll person for the department since December of 1999. She holds certificates from the University of Kentucky in Supervision, Business, Procedures, and SAP Training.

Penny joined our student support staff in 2006.  She has worked with various companies and national agencies in the cities of Atlanta and Louisville.  Her areas of expertise include Graduate School Admissions, Recruiting, and Public Relations.  She has also worked in various Customer Service positions and Human Resources.

Phyllis Mosman

Phyllis received her MA from Asbury Theological Seminary and her BS from Bartlesville Wesleyan College, both in Christian Education. Phyllis came to the Department of Educational, School, & Counseling Psychology at the University of Kentucky after three years at the College of Social Work and six years with STEPS.  She was a Substitute Teacher and Paraeducator with Fayette Public Schools for eight years.  She worked for Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government as a child care worker for the County for ten years. Phyllis just received her certificate from the College Business Management Institute, through the Southern Association of Colleges and University Business Officers – 2006-2009.   She is also a member of University of Kentucky Police Department Citizens Academy Class of '08.
