Scheduling an Advising Appointment

Note: The online appointment scheduler is available only for active UK students, majoring in Education (including Kinesiology). Education majors who are assigned to a faculty advisor will need to contact that advisor directly.

You will be required to login using your myUK ID and password. We recommend you also have your calendar with days and times you are available to meet.

The appointment scheduler is designed to work with Firefox, Safari and Chrome internet browsers. It is recommended that you use one of the listed browsers when scheduling your appointment. If you have any problems scheduling an appointment, please contact our main office at 257-7971 for help. Be specific and take note of any error messages. This will help to identify problems.

The Registrar's Office places registration 'holds' on all student records each semester. Students must meet with their advisor each semester prior to registration so that the student's program can be discussed and course recommendations can be made.

These appointments generally occur in March/April (for summer and fall registration) and October/November (for spring registration). Once the advising meeting is held, the electronic hold is lifted and the student may register during their scheduling 'window.'
